AS49558 — LIVECOMM-AS Volodarskogo str., 62k2, 1

AS49558 announces 4 IPv4 prefixes covering 2,560 addresses and 1 IPv6 prefixes.

About this network

LIVECOMM-AS is operated by LiveComm (IT-Yaroslavl Ltd.).

What it's used for

• The address space carries static residential and business connections, evidenced by reverse DNS entries such as 195-20-137-64.static.livecomm.ru and 195-20-137-127.static.livecomm.net.
• The AS announces 2560 IPv4 addresses across 4 prefixes and 1 IPv6 prefix, while maintaining 35 observed neighbours; this ratio of moderate address space to a high number of peers indicates a regional access provider with significant transit dependencies.
• Traffic from this AS consists of subscriber eyeballs and static IP services for end-users in the Russian Federation, consistent with LiveComm's role as a local internet service provider.

Notable

• The RDAP registrants for all four announced IPv4 prefixes are listed as AirBit GmbH with netnames like DE-AIRBIT-20110525, which differs from the AS holder IT-Yaroslavl Ltd.; this indicates the address space was originally allocated to or held by AirBit GmbH before being associated with the current operator.
• The inventory consists of four distinct IPv4 blocks, including two /22s and two /24s, alongside a single /29 IPv6 prefix, reflecting a fragmented but consolidated regional footprint.
