AS39419 — CISEL

AS39419 announces 2 IPv4 prefixes covering 1,280 addresses and 1 IPv6 prefixes.

About this network

CISEL is the AS handle for Dina IT Solutions SA, a Swiss IT services provider formed from the merger of Cisel and neo technologies.

What it's used for

• The address space carries corporate IT infrastructure, evidenced by the netname CH-CISEL-20171215 and registrant Dina IT Solutions SA for the primary block.
• With 1280 IPv4 addresses announced across 2 prefixes and 41 observed neighbours, the ratio indicates a transit or peering-heavy role rather than a large-scale access network.
• Traffic from this AS consists of business data for clients utilizing cloud, security, and SAP integration services, as well as internal corporate connectivity for the Dina group.

Notable

• Registrants align with the announcer for the primary prefix, while the secondary prefix 195.141.249.0/24 is registered to sunrise ip registry under the netname SUNRISE-NET, suggesting leased or inherited space from Sunrise.
• The operator is the result of a merger between Cisel and neo technologies, rebranded as Dina to combine their IT expertise in Switzerland.
• The inventory is small and finely subdivided, consistent with an internal corporate estate or a boutique IT service provider rather than a mass-market ISP.
