About this network

Held by Verizon Ireland Limited under the legacy handle UUNET Ireland, announcing a single /24 (256 addresses).

What it's used for

• Enterprise/corporate connectivity within Verizon's (formerly UUNET/MCI) European operations. A single ancillary prefix with one observed neighbour.

Notable

• No PTRs on the addresses sampled.
• The UUNET Ireland handle is a survival of the pre-Verizon UUNET/MCI era; the AS is now a minor Verizon-held allocation rather than an active ISP backbone.
• Announced since 2000.
