What it's used for

• The space carries international telecommunications infrastructure, specifically International Terrestrial Cable (ITC) and International Internet Gateway (IIG) services, as indicated by the netname BD-LINK-BD and the operator's business profile.
• The AS announces 512 IPv4 addresses across 1 prefix (103.12.236.0/23) and maintains 2 observed neighbours, a ratio consistent with a transit or interconnection role rather than a large-scale access network.

Notable

• The registrant BD Link Communication Ltd matches the AS handle and netname, confirming consistent ownership of the address space.
• The address inventory is compact, consisting of a single /23 block, which aligns with the operator's focus on international connectivity rather than domestic subscriber allocation.
