About this network

BELL-MEDIA is operated by Bell Media Inc., the mass media subsidiary of BCE Inc.

What it's used for

• The address space carries internal corporate infrastructure for television broadcasting and digital media, evidenced by netnames NETBLK-TSN-JLL-CA and CTV.
• With 2560 IPv4 addresses across 7 prefixes and only 1 observed neighbour, this is a small, isolated internal estate rather than a transit or access network.
• Traffic consists of internal office workers, production systems, and web/API endpoints supporting Bell Media's television, radio, and digital content operations.

Notable

• Registrants align with the announcer, listing both Bell Media Inc. and CTV Television Network Limited, reflecting the corporate structure where CTV is a brand under Bell Media.
• The inventory is finely subdivided into small /23 and /24 blocks, consistent with site-by-site segmentation for a large media conglomerate.
• The AS has been visible in routing tables since 2012, indicating a long-standing dedicated allocation for the media division.
