About this network

KIER is the autonomous system for Kier Group plc, a major British construction and infrastructure services company.

What it's used for

• The address space is registered under netnames UK-KIERLTD-20180104 and UK-KIERLTD-20070911, both assigned to Kier Ltd, indicating a corporate internal network rather than a public service provider.
• The AS announces 1536 IPv4 addresses across 2 prefixes (185.239.164.0/22 and 91.195.112.0/23) with only 1 observed neighbour, a ratio consistent with a single-site or small-scale corporate estate rather than a transit or access network.
• Traffic from this AS consists of internal corporate communications, office workers, and infrastructure management endpoints for Kier's construction and property operations.

Notable

• Registrants for both announced prefixes are listed as Kier Ltd, aligning perfectly with the AS holder and confirming the space is owned and operated by the same entity.
• Kier Group plc is a leading provider of construction, infrastructure, and property developments in the UK, with divisions in transportation, building, and support services.
• The inventory consists of two distinct IPv4 blocks, one acquired in 2007 and the other in 2018, reflecting the company's growth and expansion of its digital infrastructure over time.
