About this network

PHRG is operated by JSC "Publishing House 'Rossiyskaya Gazeta"

What it's used for

• The address space carries corporate infrastructure for a major Russian state-affiliated newspaper, with netnames PHRG and NaukaNet visible in the registry data.
• The AS announces 768 IPv4 addresses across 3 prefixes and 1 IPv6 prefix, with only 2 observed neighbours, indicating a small, self-contained internal network rather than a transit or access provider.
• Traffic from this AS consists of office workers, editorial staff, and web/API endpoints for the publishing house's digital operations.

Notable

• Registrants for the two PHRG netnames align with the announcer, while the NaukaNet prefix is registered to Nauka Telecom network NOC, suggesting a leased or historically associated block.
• The inventory is finely subdivided into three /24 blocks, consistent with an internal corporate estate segmented by function or site.
