About this network

THEJOCKEYCLUB is the autonomous system for The Jockey Club, the principal governing body of the American Thoroughbred horse racing industry.

What it's used for

• The address space carries internal corporate infrastructure, evidenced by reverse DNS entries such as private18-254.thejockeyclub.net and fairgroundsotb.com, alongside the netname NETBLK-TJC registered to "TJC Technology Security; Network Operations Center".
• The AS announces 2304 IPv4 addresses across 4 prefixes with only 2 observed neighbours, a ratio that indicates a small, self-contained internal corporate estate rather than a transit or access provider.

Notable

• All four announced prefixes share the identical netname NETBLK-TJC and registrant "The Jockey Club; TJC Technology Security; Network Operations Center", confirming a unified internal ownership structure.
• The inventory consists of four contiguous or near-contiguous IPv4 blocks within the 199.115.16.0/22 range, with no IPv6 prefixes announced.
