About this network

A regional internet provider (DIGICOMTECH) based in Alma, Quebec, serving the Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean region with fixed-wireless and fibre broadband. Now operated under the NIVO brand after a 2021 acquisition by PomeGran.

What it's used for

• Residential and business broadband access in rural and regional Quebec.

Notable

• A small "eyeball" ISP serving end users, not a datacenter host. Despite the low AS number, this is a modern regional provider rather than an early-internet allocation.
