About this network

The AS handle SPBIEF-AS is held by Fond Roskongress.

What it's used for

• The address space carries infrastructure for the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, as indicated by the netname SPB-INTER-ECO-FORUM and the registrant Fond Roskongress.
• The network announces 512 IPv4 addresses across 2 prefixes with 4 observed neighbours, a ratio consistent with a dedicated site or event network rather than a large-scale access provider.
• Traffic from this AS consists of internal communications and connectivity for the Roskongress conference center and its associated events.

Notable

• Registrants for the two prefixes differ: 109.167.254.0/24 is registered to Fond Roskongress and ER-Telecom ISP, while 193.232.228.0/24 is registered to Safety Integrated Systems Ltd under the netname KSB.
• The reverse DNS sample shows hostnames ending in westcall.net, indicating the use of a specific telecommunications provider for the underlying connectivity.
• The inventory consists of two /24 blocks, one associated with the forum's main operations and the other with a separate entity, suggesting a segmented or multi-tenant address allocation.
